A series of bespoke lighting installations crown Le Beaulieu, the award-winning French fine dining restaurant at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi. Inspired by our VICE VERSA collection, these installations form the ultimate centrepieces for the interior in white, gold and blue hues.

As part of Le Beaulieu’s extensive refurbishment, Sans Souci created three lighting installations to accentuate the restaurant’s classical opulence. The installations play with contrast and light, creating a pieces to delight visitors to this renowned restaurant.
Le Beaulieu Restaurant
The design of the main piece in the centre of the room features components made of fused crystal glass in clear colour with golden nanocoating and a stainless-steel finish. The installation is mirrored in the two smaller iterations on either side, ensuring to catch the diners’ eye from anywhere in the restaurant.
Whether you are there to savour one of the most considerable wine collections in Vietnam or relish the innovative haute cuisine with nods to traditional French flavours, these bespoke creations are set to make your experience even more delightful.
