As guests step into the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences, they are welcomed by a chandelier that unfolds above them like a cresting wave. It immediately draws the eye and sets the tone for a space shaped by the beauty and rhythm of the sea.
Through the interplay of light, shadow, and reflection, our bespoke chandelier creates a sense of gentle movement, an ever-changing seascape that celebrates Dubai’s connection to the Gulf. It is our way of telling a story through glass, inspired by nature and crafted with precision.
Our in-house design team drew inspiration from the hypnotic rhythm of waves and the quiet elegance of sea life. At the heart of the piece are bespoke components inspired by seashells – each one carefully shaped to capture their delicate, natural geometry. Surrounding them, hundreds of hand-blown crystal spheres appear to float like bubbles, catching the light just as sea spray sparkles in the sun.
The chandelier flows downward in soft, wave-like tiers, with subtle changes in size, and the integrated lighting moves between soft pearl tones and cool ocean whites. This gentle shift highlights the bronze details, curated artwork, and flowing lines of the interior, designed to echo the feel of a luxury superyacht. The chandelier represents a moment of calm and elegance – a dialogue with the sea that begins the guest experience.

FAIRMONT GOLDEN PRAGUE
Set on the banks of the Vltava River, the newly renovated Fairmont Golden Prague is a striking celebration of Brutalist architecture, mid-century influences, and contemporary elegance. Sans Souci had the honour of contributing to this landmark transformation by crafting over 1,200 bespoke lighting pieces, seamlessly woven into the fabric of the hotel’s design.
