Wind breathes through the desert in its own rhythm, shaping patterns as it sweeps through the grains of sand. It leaves behind a trace of itself – an ever-changing imprint, almost impossible to capture. Living and breathing, yet unyielding to other forces.
When you stand on top of the dune, the sun strikes at just the right angle, and the wind stirs the air, it reveals itself for just a moment – the Soul of the Dune.

About Installation
The design by Petr Vacek was created using a special generative system – a set of scripted rules defining the relationships between form, pattern, and motion. Each glass component follows its rules, resulting in a composition that feels both precise and naturally fluid, forming the organic pattern of wind-blown dunes. The installation then comes to life with dynamic lighting, which adds subtle motion and depth.

FAIRMONT GOLDEN PRAGUE
Set on the banks of the Vltava River, the newly renovated Fairmont Golden Prague is a striking celebration of Brutalist architecture, mid-century influences, and contemporary elegance. Sans Souci had the honour of contributing to this landmark transformation by crafting over 1,200 bespoke lighting pieces, seamlessly woven into the fabric of the hotel’s design.
EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH DECOLAND
We are proud to announce our partnership with Decoland, one of the Czech Republic’s leading interior design studios. As of June, Decoland has become an exclusive authorised partner of Sans Souci for the Czech market.
