Villa Sardinia
A single bespoke chandelier installation, designed to hold its own within a space defined by marble and gold accents.
For Villa Sardinia, we worked with interior design studio A2T on a private residence where the brief was precise: minimalistic interiors with marble floors, marble surfaces, and carefully placed golden accents. The result is a single chandelier from our Primavera collection, designed specifically for this setting.
Named after Botticelli's Primavera, the collection draws from the painting's depiction of spring as a moment of quiet, abundant transformation. For Villa Sardinia, the chandelier was crafted from handblown glass components in three finishes: crystal with aurum centre, crystal cognac with golden mica, and crystal with silver mica.
The combination was chosen deliberately – warm and cool tones in dialogue, the golden elements echoing the interior's metallic accents while the silver mica introduces a lightness that keeps the piece from reading as heavy or ornate. Each petal-shaped component is handblown individually, and the overall composition brings texture and organic form into a space.
